We are a kaupapa Māori rōpū who teach local histories through mahi toi and indigenous pedagogies premised on the foundation of aroha. Currently we work with our local community, schools, kaiako, artists, corporates and universities in Te Tai Tokerau and Tāmaki Makaurau. The kaimahi at Wackrow Panoho and Associates have been very generous with their time and knowledge in supporting us to create a trust deed for our kaupapa. As a result we will be able to become a charitable trust with a trust deed that reflects our kaupapa and create the legal foundations to expand and evolve as an organisation. A big mihi to Anahita Mukherjee for reaching out and connecting us with her mahi, and Coral Panoho-Navaja providing us with the opportunity to create a trust deed with an organisation who understands our vision and mahi.
