As of December 2021, the firm is under the leadership of Coral Panoho-Navaja who has been a steady constant with the firm since she joined in 2013 and was admitted to the bar in 2014. Waitangi Tribunal: Haumaru Covid-19 Priority Inquiry Report

The Waitangi Tribunal has today released its Priority Report where it inquired into whether the Covid-19 vaccination strategy and plan and Covid Protection Framework (Traffic Light System) were consistent with Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its principles.
The Tribunal has made a number of findings of Treaty breach on the part of the Crown with respect to the failure to collet data and information and the decision to reject advice from its own officials in breach of the principles of active protection and equity, and the failure to
jointly design the covid-19 vaccine response in breach of tino rangatiratanga and the principle of partnership among other
matters such that Māori have suffered prejudice.
