Josi joined Wackrow Panoho and Associates in 2021 as a Law Clerk while completing her legal studies at the University of Auckland. She graduated in 2022 with LLB/BA and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court in May 2023.
In her time at Wackrow Panoho & Associates, Josi has gained valuable experience in a range of legal areas.
Josi has particularly enjoyed working on files in the Waitangi Tribunal including the Mana Wāhine Kaupapa Inquiry, the Military Veterans Kaupapa Inquiry and the Porirua ki Manawatū Inquiry. Josi has a passion for Māori legal issues and aims to help Māori thrive through her legal work. She is also interested in Employment Law, Contract Law, Equity and Trusts and Constitutional legal issues.
In her spare time, Josi enjoys hiking, dancing, woodworking and spending time with friends.
