Tui graduated from the University of Waikato in 2022 with a Bachelor of Laws and a second major in Te Reo Māori. She was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in August 2023.
Before joining Wackrow Panoho & Associates, Tui gained valuable experience working on Treaty and Māori legal issues, which strengthened her understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing Māori within the legal system.
Tui is passionate about Māori legal issues and is committed to supporting Māori in a way that is genuine, practical, and meaningful. She values building strong relationships with whānau, hapū, and iwi and is driven by a desire to use the law to help achieve positive outcomes for Māori communities.
In her spare time, Tui likes to spend time with whānau, do spontaneous activities, and curl up on the couch with a good tv show and a charcuterie board.
